Dr. Susan Haydar joined the Evolve team as Executive Clinical Director in the fall of 2022. With her dual PhD and licenses as a Clinical and Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, she is thrilled to utilize her experience with direct client-care and organizational development to be part of Evolve’s leadership.
Dr. Haydar has over two decades of experience with adolescents and adults and the treatment of depression, anxiety, Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (AODA) and emotional dysregulation. Dr. Haydar takes a solution-focused strength-based approach to her work as well as a larger systems view to conceptualize not only her patients but teams in which she works alongside.
Dr. Haydar has her clinical licensure in Wisconsin, California and her home state of Massachusetts (minus the Boston accent!). She has additional certifications in Integrated Behavioral Health within Primary Care and Nutrition and Wellness. Fluent in Arabic speech, Dr. Haydar takes pride in being Lebanese-American and embracing cultural diversity.
