Luci is a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes it is never too late for change and healing in our own journey. She believes everyone is unique and deserves the space to explore and process their needs to evolve. She believes individuals are the experts of their own lives and admires the openness in sharing their experiences to promote personal growth. She recognizes the importance of meeting each person where they are at in their healing process and helping them trust their own process. Luci places high importance on the therapeutic relationship, which she believes is the foundation to therapeutic success and wellness.

Luci uses client-centered, strengths-based, DBT, CBT and ACT approaches, as well as a trauma, informed lens to help individuals identify assets they already possess to instill hope and resiliency. She has the experience and interest in working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem issues, disordered eating concerns and body image issues, self-harm, relationship and attachment issues, grief, and trauma.

Luci holds a Master’s of Science in Education in Professional Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She is a nationally certified counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors.

Outside of work, Luci enjoys being outdoors, hiking, biking and kayaking as well as going on walks. She also likes traveling, concerts, cooking, and watching movies.
