Keri graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics as well as a General Physical Education degree. She continued to complete her dietetic internship through Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI. Throughout her career as a dietitian, Keri has been fortunate to gain experience working with a wide range of demographics, from early childhood through adulthood, in both hospital and clinic settings, and within Midwest and Southwest regions. Most of her career has been spent helping people who live with diabetes and heart disease, disordered eating patterns, GI discomforts, and malnutrition. Keri has found that what keeps her motivated throughout the years is connecting with her clients, helping them develop a healthier relationship with food, activity and their bodies, so that more energy can be spent with family, friends and personal interests. In her free time, Keri finds joy in being a mother of three, a wife, a daughter and a sister. She enjoys the warm weather best, spending time outdoors either camping, hiking, biking, or boating, but would miss the cold for tubing, snowboarding, and coffee lattes! In addition, Keri enjoys good food, traveling, card games, and home improvement projects. She has been shifting her career to a non diet approach in line with the Health At Every Size (HAES) movement. She is excited to be a part of the Evolve team and engage in a multidisciplinary approach to help people who live with eating disorders live their lives to the fullest.
