Therapy Dog

Wilson is a 5 year old pointer mix adopted from the Fox Valley Human Society in Appleton, WI after being found in Mississippi. He was then treated for heart worms at the Humane Society. Wilson became a licensed therapy dog through the Humane Society in the spring of 2016 and at that time was also inducted as a Canine Good Citizen. Wilson’s main job description is to provide support, love, and a calming presence to aid with grounding to our clients at Evolve. He is well liked by our clients and often fought over in IOP by our various group members. Wilson’s personality makes him a great asset to our treatment team. He loves his job; hanging out with all of his clients and meeting others in the waiting room and hallways. Wilson is known for hopping down the hallways, cuddling up on the couch next to his clients and snoring like a truck. At home he loves to snuggle with his siblings and go for walks/runs with mom.
