Diana Aguilar

Diana earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a Master of Arts degree in Community Counseling from Lakeland University. Diana has experience working in the treatment of mental health conditions in hospitalization/inpatient, health clinic, and outpatient settings. Diana has a background in working with persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, severe and persistent mental illness, and/or substance use disorder.

Diana has a passion to work with individuals, diverse groups, and communities to improve mental health. Diana believes in the importance of having a team-based approach and enjoys being part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure that clients receive the best treatment they deserve. Diana uses CBT, DBT, client centered, strength-based, mindfulness, while incorporating other modalities based on the individual need of clients.

In her free time, Diana enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking her dog for a walk, and traveling.
