Brynne’s strong passion for helping others drove her into this profession. She has experience working with individuals of all ages struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem issues, addiction, OCD, disordered eating concerns and body image issues, self-harm, family and relational issues, grief, and trauma. Brynne has experience providing individual, group, family and couples counseling to both adolescents and adults.
Brynne holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in both human development and psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Master’s of Science degree in educational psychology with a concentration in clinical mental health counseling and trauma informed care. Brynne has the credentials of a Licensed Professional Counselor in Training and is working toward obtaining her license as a Licensed Professional Counselor.
Brynne’s approach to therapy is individualized, but she is specifically interested in and uses cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy. Other approaches Brynne uses include strengths-based, motivational interviewing and trauma informed care to meet the specific treatment needs of each client. Brynne understands that each client will come to her with their own unique story, and she is dedicated to ensuring their healing process will lead them to live their best possible life.
Outside of work, Brynne enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, roller blading, biking and taking her dog on walks. She also loves baking, reading, traveling, painting, and watching movies.
