In an effort to prevent the spread of the coronavirus (flatten the curve), Evolve is asking that as many sessions as possible be moved to teletherapy until at least April 16th (date subject to change).

We ask that you do not come to the office if you are feeling ill – please change your appointment to teletherapy or cancel/reschedule for a later date.

Evolve has a HIPAA compliant video messaging service called Doxy.me. (We will send you a link at the start of your session). this is similar to face time or Skype.

To use this service, you will need to:

Email your provider back or call the office (De Pere Office: 920-570-6339 or Appleton Office: 920-364-9078) to indicate you would like to change your appointment to teletherapy.

Have a signed informed consent form for teletherapy on file. If you have not signed an informed consent form please ask for a form.

Have a secure room (you are alone and no one will step in and interrupt the session unless planned on. We recommend that you wear headphones so that your therapy session is not overheard).

Have a working camera and microphone. .

Be in the state of Wisconsin. We can only provide teletherapy services in the State that we are licenses in.

At this time IOP and PHP programming will continue as normal. Our office will be deep cleaned on a daily basis.

If you feel strongly about wanting to come into the office and are not feeling sick that is still an option at this time. This will change if your provider or any of our staff start feeling ill, in which case your provider will reach out directly to you all again.

It is important to not only engage in preventative measures to protect our community, but to also manage the anxiety around the virus. Please make self-care for your mind and body a priority during this stressful time. Remember our reaction to a stressor often hurts us more than the stressor itself. We’ll get through this!
